The Personal Fitness Planner
is a unique tool that helps you manage an exercise regimen that could lead to
weight loss and a possible reduction in the symptoms associated with acid
reflux disease. With the Personal Fitness Planner, you can create your own customized
workout, or the planner can create a plan for you based on your fitness
requirements. |
