Personal Fitness Planner
Exercise, weight loss, and stress reduction can play an
important part in helping you manage your acid reflux disease. But sometimes it
takes a bit of motivation and guidance to get started. That’s why we’ve created
the Personal Fitness Planner. Each customized plan will give you up to 5
aerobic activities, 4 strengthening activities, and 5 flexibility activities.
Fitness plans are based on your selected preferences and physical needs.
Depending on the selections that you make, 1 of 3 activity levels will be
recommended—low, moderate, or vigorous.
Some exercises, especially those that require bending at the
waist, may initially increase acid reflux symptoms. Remember to wait at least 2
to 3 hours after eating to begin exercising. And before you begin any fitness
plan, it’s important to discuss it with your healthcare professional.

The Personal Fitness Planner requires that a minimum of Macromedia Flash Player
